Experience and Expertise

Liz is a lifelong swimmer. She was a college All American, and a Masters world record holder. She is a USMS Level 3 coach and a USA Swimming Level 2 coach. She has been an assistant coach for NAU Swimming and Diving women's team for 23 seasons (picture with Head Swim Coach Andy Johns and Assistant Larry Liebowitz). She is a Red Cross certified WSI and Lifeguard. She has been teaching people to learn to swim and learn to swim better in Flagstaff for over 18 years.
